Where do we ship?
1. Domestic Shipping
We proudly ship to all states and territories across Australia. This includes major cities like Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane as well as regional and remote areas. We partner with Australia Post and reputable courier services to ensure your smartwatch arrives safely.
2. Shipping Options
We offer two main shipping methods to suit your needs. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is available for urgent orders and usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons.
3. Order Processing
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be processed and packed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
4. Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate shipping fee applies during checkout. Express shipping incurs an additional fee regardless of the order total. These rates are calculated automatically at the cart stage.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this number on the courier website to follow the progress of your package. We recommend tracking your package to ensure someone is available to receive it.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address before confirming your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is delivered to the wrong location, we are not liable for the loss. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error after placing an order.
